Paul D. Sullivan is an attorney specializing in Appeals. He is a partner at Measure, Sampsel, Sullivan & O’Brien, P.C., and previously had a solo practice in Bigfork, Montana.

Paul was raised in Bigfork and attended The University of Montana as a National Merit Scholar. He received a B.A. in Philosophy and graduated as a distinguished scholar through the Davidson Honor’s College. He attended law school at the University of Pennsylvania School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During law school, Paul was a board member of the Unemployment Compensation Project and and participated in the Criminal Defense Clinic, working at the Philadelphia Public Defender by representing indigent defendants.

Paul is a trustee of the Bigfork School board, a member of the Advisory Board of the Davidson Honors College at the University of Montana, a former board member of the Community Foundation for a Better Bigfork, and a member of the Flathead branch of CASA for Kids. Paul is admitted to practice before Montana district court, the Montana Supreme Court, Montana federal district court, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
